CSU/SigEp Academic Advisors
The CSU/SigEp Academic Advisors consists of a Resident Scholar and a Chapter Graduate Advisor. These advisors are current CSU graduate students and are responsible for providing effective, student-centered advising, and support to undergraduate chapter and its members.
Advisors provide support to both the AVC and the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life through reports and data related to students' academic progress, engagement in curricula and extra-curricular activities, and retention. Advisors work with members to enhance engagement in their majors, colleges, university, and community at large.

Resident Scholar
Matthias Rollins
Is a graduate student at CSU pursuing a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Originating from Western New York, Matthias completed his Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Penn State. During his time as an undergrad Matthias was involved with the ASABE ¼ scale tractor pulling competition where as the Vice President his team achieved the testing and development award and sportsmanship award. He was also able to complete a number of internships with Doosan Bobcat and John Deere. He now continues this love of agricultural equipment by conducting research for alternative fuels used in off highway medium duty engines. Outside of school, Matthias loves to stay active running, climbing mountains and spending time on Horsetooth reservoir.
Chapter Graduate Advisor
Carlos Rubio-Regalado
Carlos is a recent graduate from the University of Oklahoma where he received his bachelor’s in Industrial and Systems Engineering. Carlos led the High School Leadership Conference, a flagship organization that hosts an annual three-day, two-night leadership experience that is specifically designed for high school juniors. Every February, 300 students attend the conference at the University of Oklahoma. For the past 22 years, HSLC has made an impact on thousands of students from across the country.
Previously, Carlos has interned with Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute where he worked on Capitol Hill in Washington D.C. Carlos has also held positions at Columbia University in New York City within the school of Professional Studies. This Fall, Carlos will start his M.S. in Student Affairs in Higher Education at Colorado State University where he will serve as a Graduate Assistant in Campus Activities and the Chapter Graduate Advisor for Sigma Phi Epsilon.
