Year-Round Recruitment

Sigma Phi Epsilon at Colorado State University welcomes potential new members 365 days a year.  Our Balanced Man Member Development Program is a no-pledging, no-hazing, self-paced development program that enables new members to join our quest at any time. Because of this, we can and do extend invitations to new members throughout the year.

We are always looking for men who strive to embody our cardinal principles of virtue, diligence, and brotherly love and those who are gentlemen, scholars, and athletes.
